The Stand-Down is one of OSHA’s most successful safety awareness campaigns that reaches far beyond construction sites, bringing awareness to fall hazards and reinforcing safe work practices that help prevent fatalities and injuries related to falls.

Marsh McLennan Agency Acquires Clark Insurance, Expands Presence in New England Region

(WHITE PLAINS, NY) – Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a subsidiary of Marsh, today announced the acquisition of Clark Insurance, a leading independent agency in Maine. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Founded in 1931, Clark Insurance is a full-service agency providing business insurance, employee health and benefits, and private client services to businesses and individuals across the region. Headquartered in Portland, Maine, Clark has five additional offices in Windham and Gorham, Maine; Manchester, New Hampshire; and Lowell, Massachusetts. Haberman Insurance, a full-service agency based in West Springfield, Massachusetts and acquired by Clark in 2021 is also part of the acquisition. All 135 employees will be joining MMA.
